Trip to the Florida Keys

I was able to sneak away this weekend to the Florida Keys with family.

What a great weekend! The first couple of shots are of the ride down to the keys.

Our first stop was to Hog Heaven. They had a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and some really cool wood carved motorcycles.

Once we were done here we shot down to our wonderful hotel – Please note that the Banana Bay Resort DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS. That was quite a downer.

While at Key West we did the tourist thing and went to the southern most point of the US.

Here is a shot from a restaurant we ate at called the Hurricane. It has an awesome Lego display.

Well thats pretty much all for now.

I have a pretty nice time laps of a Florida Keys sunset I am going to put up later. thanks,

So over the weekend I was fortunate to attend the Formula Drift event in Long Beach California.

Most of you dont know is that I am one of the people that work behind the scene to make some truly awesome things happen.

This year I was able to be on the team that put together the NOS Energy Drink 350Z driven by Chris Forsberg. Chris was the 2007 runner up for the year and looks very promising this year! Here is am image of his 350Z. NOS Energy Drink 350Z Chris Forsberg

WERKS Porsche 997 Turbo

Here is a car that my buddy Fortune was shooting for a mag.

This car was from Champion Motorsports. This 997 started out as a regular turbo model and was stripped, painted, lowered, upgraded brakes, had a pretty sick motor. I cant really tell you what was done to the motor since I caught the tail end of the shoot but I did want to share this little gem.

enjoy:

Going back to Cali!

Okay I suck a bad one. I have not gotten on the blog for months….

Okay now that were done with that.  Here is a little place that Joey took me to in Cali for some Coffee. Jones Coffee serves a Guatemalan bean picked by mountain men and brought on bags to be had by us in the good ole US of A.

I know we dont want my blog to turn into a food blog but I promise the next one is automotive or something diffrent.  Thanks for calling me out Gene!

So here are a couple of pics of Jones Coffee in Pasadena, CA :
